Cult Brand - Terms & Conditions of Purchase Effective Date: July 8, 2025.

By purchasing and enrolling in the Cult Brand program (the “Program”) offered by Oliver Greg LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement. Please read carefully.

1. Program Description

Cult Brand is a 6-month educational and branding development experience. Program components include but are not limited to:

  •  Monthly digital content drops, including in-depth strategy magazines and actionable project briefs designed to help you implement core cult brand mechanics
  •  Optional asynchronous support via Voxer messaging (available only to clients who purchase the Voxer tier)
  •  Personalized Loom video feedback from Erica Reitman
  •  Access to templates, creative tools, prompts, and downloads intended to accelerate your implementation;
  •  Any additional materials or bonuses expressly listed on the sales page at the time of purchase.
  •  All content is delivered digitally via a members-only portal. There are no live coaching calls included in this Program.

2. Term & Commitment

Cult Brand is a six-month program beginning on August 1, 2025, and ending on January 31, 2026. By purchasing access to the Program, you agree to commit to the full six-month term.

No cancellations, suspensions, or early terminations are permitted. By enrolling, you agree to fulfill all payment obligations, regardless of your level of participation, engagement, or satisfaction with the Program.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

You may select from available payment options at the time of enrollment

If you select a payment plan, you authorize Oliver Greg LLC to charge your payment method on file in accordance with the terms provided at checkout.

  •  All payments are non-refundable. 
  •  All payment plans are binding and must be paid in full, regardless of continued participation. 
  •  If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, your access to the Program may be paused or permanently revoked, and we reserve the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balances through a third-party agency or legal means.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Program and the immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. All sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All materials provided by Oliver Greg LLC—including but not limited to video/audio content, written materials, templates, branding tools, and downloadable resources—are proprietary and protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials solely for personal and internal business purposes. You may not:

  •  Share, sell, distribute, or repurpose any Program materials;
  •  Use the Program content to create derivative products or competing offerings;
  •  Publish or disseminate any portion of the Program materials in any form without express written permission.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from the Program and may result in legal action.

 

6. Confidentiality

Any personal or proprietary information shared by other participants or by Oliver Greg LLC in the course of the Program must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

You agree not to use such information for any purpose outside the scope of your participation in the Program.

 

7. Disclaimers

This Program is intended for educational and informational purposes only. No guarantees of specific results, outcomes, or financial earnings are made. Your success depends on your own implementation, effort, and circumstances. Nothing in the Program constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

 

8. Technology & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the equipment and internet connection necessary to access the Program materials. Oliver Greg LLC is not responsible for any technical difficulties you may experience on your end.

9. Support

Support is available via email at [email protected].

10. Modification & Termination

Oliver Greg  LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Program, provided that all core promised deliverables are fulfilled.

We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program if you violate these terms, including but not limited to sharing materials, defaulting on payment, or engaging in disruptive or harmful behavior within the community or support channels.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Oliver Greg LLC with respect to the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
