MINI RESET CHALLENGE

Don't you wish you could sometimes hit the reset button on your whole damn life??? Well now you can... with this mini reset challenge.

LESSON 1 - YOUR BRAIN IS A DICK

ASSIGNMENT: Notice the automatic thoughts you have about yourself for a day. Keep track of positive/negative thoughts, but don't be surprised if 99% of them are gonna be negative. Your brain is a dick after all. JOURNAL PROMPT: What is my dream of how people will see me? If people were talking behind your back, what would you love for them to say?

 

LESSON 2 - THE MODEL

ASSIGNMENT: Practice doing a model about something in your life that is annoying the shit outta you. JOURNAL PROMPT: What are you curious about right now? What things, topics, people have your attention RN? Brainstorm as many ideas as you can.

 

LESSON 3: FUTURE YOU

ASSIGNMENT: Choose an issue in your life that you want to work on right now. Something that you're not thrilled with and really want to work to improve (get specific). So instead of "get healthy" think of one aspect of getting healthy. For me it was my eating. Then I want you to take 2 facing pages in your notebook and journal and on one side write "Who I am right now with x" and on the other side write "who I want to be with x" Then you need to write out a bunch of specific examples. JOURNAL PROMPT: After you brainstorm the "who I want to be with x" page, write out a bunch of ideas for how you can incorporate these things into your life. So for example, future me takes vitamins every day and current me does not. So what could I do to fix this? Research vitamin options on amazon and order them...or maybe get metabolic testing and see which vitamins my body needs more of.
